New Delhi: The All India Council of Lok Raj Sangathan has initiated regular discussions
on important political questions confronting our country. In this connection, the first discussion forum was held on August 15 on the theme "Whither India?". Shivanand initiated the discussion with an excellent presentation on developments in the Indian economic and political sphere from colonial times to the present and the imperialist strategy that the Indian ruling class is pursuing today.
